BingleChat

Terms of Use (EULA)

Last updated October 6, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and the developer of BingleChat. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. BingleChat is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, supplemented by these terms.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not send content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, illegal, or that exploits or endangers anyone — especially minors — and you may not use BingleChat to bully, stalk, spam or impersonate anyone.

Blocking and reporting

You can block anyone from their profile or a chat; you'll stop seeing their videographs immediately. You can report any videograph or person from the app. Every report is reviewed within 24 hours: objectionable content is removed and the user who posted it is removed from BingleChat.

Your content

You own the videographs you send. You give us permission to store and deliver them to the people in your chats, and nothing more. You're responsible for what you send and must have the right to send it.

Your account

Keep your device secure. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

No warranty

BingleChat is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the developer isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; continuing to use the app means you accept the updated version.
